Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the construction process.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering all materials, labor, and equipment costs.Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost risks and opportunities.Manage and negotiate subcontracts with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.Prepare and submit tender documents for projects, ensuring they are accurate and competitive.Monitor project progress and costs, identifying and reporting any variances from the original estimate.Prepare and submit invoices for completed work, ensuring timely payment from clients.Review and manage variations to the project scope, ensuring cost implications are understood and approved.
