Job Description

• Lead Sourcing & Acquisition: Generate business through open-market sourcing, direct sales, and by building a network of channel partners like brokers, builders, and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
• Financial Assessment: Understand client financial needs, conduct preliminary credit assessments, and check the eligibility and valuation of the collateral property.
• File Processing: Collect necessary KYC and financial documents and coordinate with internal credit, technical, and legal departments for seamless file processing and disbursal.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement volume targets.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, handle queries, and cross-sell other financial products (e.g., insurance, credit cards).
