Job Description

A retail supervisoroversees daily store operations and staff to ensure smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction. They are responsible for managing employee schedules, driving sales targets, and controlling inventory. This crucial frontline role bridges the gap between sales staff and upper management to maintain store standards
• Staff Management:Plan work schedules, delegate daily duties, and train new employees. Monitor team performance, motivate staff, and resolve any workplace issues or grievances.
• Customer Service:Address complex customer inquiries and de-escalate complaints to ensure high-quality service standards.
• Store Operations:Manage daily opening and closing procedures, ensure safety and security protocols are met, and handle cash or register operations.
• Sales & Merchandising:Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to meet or exceed store targets. Ensure products are stocked, correctly priced, and visually appealing.
• Inventory Control:Track stock levels, conduct physical inventory counts, and order new merchandise to prevent shortages
