Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the insurance industry and possesses exceptional leadership and sales skills.Roles and Responsibilities :- Achieving sales goals, managing relationships, and acquiring new clients are the main priorities of the role.- Identifying and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the roles and responsibilities.- Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of financial consultants(FCs).- Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance.- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions. Candidate profile :Educational Qualification: Any Graduate .Experience : 2 years in Any Field of Sales.Age : Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
