Job Description

Responsibilities :- Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.- Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the agencys client base.- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.- Keep the team informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.Requirements :- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory- Experience : Minimum 2 years of sales experience- Communication : Good Communication skills
