Job DetailsHiring: Senior Managing Partner (APC) Life Insurance Industry Locations:Mumbai,Thane,Navi Mumbai,Pune,Ahmedabad,Bhopal,Indore,Nagpur,, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Agra,LucknowSalary & Benefits:Package: Up to 7 LPA RIMB IncentivesIndustry: Insurance, Broker, BFSIExperience Required:3 to 10 years in Sales (preferably in Life Insurance)Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Training:Manage Business Associates (BAs) who will recruit agentsTrain and develop agents on a commission basisSales Management:Ensure insurance sales targets are metSupervise and ensure agents fulfill their activity plansConduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agentsUpdate the Sales Management System with relevant dataMotivation & Promotion:Motivate agents for career growth within the organizationEncourage agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-sellingDesired Candidate Profile:Experience: Minimum 3 years in salesEducation: Graduate (any stream)Key Skills & Attributes:Strong people management and networking skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approachHigh confidence, excellent communication, and leadership abilitiesStable employment history with a proven sales track record
