Job Description

1. Troubleshooting and performing deep level analysis for technical issues2. Analysis / Generation /Preparation of various type of system / service reports [ like :utilization , performance , KPIs ]3. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies4. Monitoring of all Tecnotree applications5. Monitoring all scheduled jobs in environment6. Problems/Issues/Defects Recording and Dissemination7. Take action on all exceptions found while monitoring Tecnotree application instances and logs.8. Assist in resolving all bill run related concerns raised by customer representatives Diagnostics of Problems/Issues/Defects9. Setting Severity Levels to Problems/Issues/Defects10. Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution11. Problems/Issues/Defects Analysis12. Follow-up and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA13. Workaround, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors14. Application Maintenance and Operations15. Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets16. To Next Level Managers and the Clients with Definite dates17. Pro-Active Communications18. Experienced in Problem Management/Incident Management Processes19.
