• Drive sales of insurance products through the Agency Channel within the city.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to agents for their professional growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2-6 years of experience in sales and marketing in any domain.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to strategize and execute plans effectively to achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a competitive environment.
