Founded by experienced ex-Big 4 professionals, the firm delivers tailored, high-quality solutions to clients worldwide, leveraging over three decades of collective expertise.Role & Responsibilities Executives are typically project team members who will be involved in providing accounting and audit related advisory support to clients, including Application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Financial reporting support (technical as well process related) services to clients in Ind AS or IFRS Consistently deliver quality client services and take charge of the project area assigned to him/her Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledgeThe Individual Possess strong domain knowledge, has strong accounting foundation skills Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting process Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills) Ability to work well in teams Working knowledge of MS Office applications and exposure to ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and Tally will also be an added advantage Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethicQualification Qualified CA with 1 - 2 years of financial / audit experience with a public accounting or advisory firm Experience of financial reporting and from a reputed organization. Professionals with industry experience or experience in Ind AS, IFRS, accounting advisory, due diligence and securities offering assignments in India / abroad would be preferred.Experience Financial / Audit with a public accounting or advisory firm: 1-2 years (Required) Financial report interpretation: 1-2 years (Required) Total work: 1-2 years (Preferred)License/Certification CA,
