We specialize in manufacturing high-quality steel doors, including fire-rated doors, HMPS doors, cleanroom doors, and more.We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing sales performance and brand visibility.Roles and Responsibilities:Sales Coordination: Handle incoming inquiries and conduct outbound pre-sales calls. Assist the sales team in closing deals by coordinating with internal departments. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. Maintain and manage sales data, ensuring accurate records. Generate and analyze daily sales reports to provide insights to the management team.Marketing Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline). Manage social media accounts and coordinate digital marketing efforts. Support the creation of marketing materials, brochures, and product presentations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations. Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role handling sales coordination and marketing activities. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, methodologies, and best practices. Customer-focused with excellent adaptability to different types of prospects. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
