Job Description

Job SummaryCandidate will be responsible for assisting and managing all activities pertaining to Accounts, Finance & Banking on a day to day basis. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Daily input of all accounting entries in the system
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax
  • Payroll & Petty Cash Management
  • Ensuring timely filing of returns
  • Manage Receivables & Payables
  • Assisting with Trade Finance - Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Cash Credit Facilities, Buyers Credit etc
  • Maintenance of monthly filings for EPF & ESIC as required
  • Liaison with senior team members and chartered accountants and resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Assist in handling all Banking matters - Preparation of Loan Documents, Manage OD Facilities, Working Capital Facilities etc.
  • Assist in finalization of books of accounts and assist with annual audit
  • Maintain proper documentation
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing firm
  • Good working knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Tally Prime & MS Office
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Hard working with strong work ethics and integrity
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Schedule:
