Job Description

    You are a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer proficient in modern backend technologies, such as Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and Redis. You thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and are comfortable managing production systems, including providing after-hours support through PagerDuty. This role provides you with the opportunity to work on scalable, high-performance systems and collaborate closely with a cutting-edge engineering team.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and enhance full-stack applications using the MERN stack.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while building scalable RESTful APIs.- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack.- Contribute to architectural discussions and participate in code reviews.- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.- Take ownership of assigned modules and support junior developers when required.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and databases.- Build and maintain unit/integration tests and work with CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.- Ensure production systems run reliably and support operational excellence.**Qualifications Required:**- 3-5 years of professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.- Hands-on experience with Postgres and Redis.- Ability and willingness to work overtime when required and provide after-hours support via PagerDuty.- Solid understanding of backend architecture, API development, and microservices.**Good to have Skills:**- Knowledge of Docker and frameworks like Fastify.- Deep experience using AI coding agents - Claude Code expertise is highly preferred.- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, including EVM, Solana, smart contracts, DEX/AMM, NFTs, and general Web3 concepts.,
