Job Description

    Job Title: Admin ExecutiveJob Title: Admin Manager Retail Stores Experience:2 years (preferably in facility or store administration) Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad Salary (CTC): 40K/mJob Overview:Fashion Retail Company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Admin Manager Retail Stores to oversee all facility management and maintenance operations across our retail locations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stores are safe, fully functional, and well-maintained at all times.Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee repair and maintenance activities for all retail stores to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
    • Monitor and manage fire and safety systems, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations
    • Supervise and coordinate plumbing repairs and maintenance in all store locations
    • Liaise and manage relationships with security agencies to ensure the safety and security of all stores
    • Coordinate and maintain service contracts with AC dealers and HVAC service providers
    • Conduct routine inspections of store facilities and initiate corrective actions as needed
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements related to facility services
    • Track and control maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
    • Maintain proper documentation of store assets, service reports, and compliance checklists
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree or diploma in Facility Management, Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility or administrative management, preferably in the retail industry
    • Sound knowledge of store-level maintenance operations including plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems
    • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Ability to travel to store locations as and when required
