Job Description

    Role Overview:At Astound Digital, you will play a crucial role in incorporating the organizations Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure the successful planning, managing, and controlling of project and product quality requirements. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely collection, distribution, and management of project information, coordinating activities with the project team and clients, and developing and posting project artifacts in a transparent manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying stakeholders, managing risks, tracking team performance, and improving team competencies to enhance project performance.Key Responsibilities:- Incorporate the organizations SDLC to meet stakeholders objectives and tailor processes as needed- Ensure timely collection, distribution, and management of project information- Coordinate activities and daily communications with the project team and clients- Develop and post project artifacts transparently and hold regular team and stakeholder reviews- Identify stakeholders, analyze their impact on the project, and engage them effectively- Track team member performance, resolve issues, and optimize project performance- Improve team competencies, team member interaction, and the overall team environmentQualifications Required:- At least 3 years of project management experience in software development projects, managing medium-size teams- Good understanding of project management areas in accordance with Agile Practice Guide- 2-3 years of experience leading a group of team members in Software Development in an Agile Environment- Practical experience with at least one Agile software development methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, etc.)- Experience using main project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment- Ability to work effectively as a project team leader- Flexibility, self-motivation, result focus- Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken EnglishAbout Astound Digital:Astound Digital is a pioneer in the digital landscape, dedicated to transforming how the world interacts with technology, data, and creativity.
