Key Responsibilities --Should have Min 4 to 5 yearsexperience inPrimeLAP.- Ticked Size - 3 Cr and above.-Sourcing leads through the team andDSA.-Internal coordination with thecredit and operations department for file sanctioning and disbursement.-Providing the best possible services to the clients from login to disbursement as well as in documentation etc.-We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage or loan products, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the LAP segment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of LAP products.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, real estate developers, and financial institutions.Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
