• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company vision and revenue targets.
• Connect with B2B / Industrial clients on a daily basis and address business requirements.
• Handle sales and marketing activities for the assigned region/accounts.
• Identify potential leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare proposals, and manage sales contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business expansion.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B / Industrial / Speciality Chemicals sales.
• Strong understanding of regional industrial market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-driven professional.
