Job Description

    Position : AM/Manager LegalLocation : AhmedabadEducation : LLB/LLMWork Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in similar profileKey Skills : Should have excellent written, verbal communication skills Should have good presentation skills Should be well versed with MS office Should be Flexible and Adaptive.Roles and Responsibilities:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant to join our legal department. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. You will be responsible for managing legal documentation, conducting legal research, coordinating meetings and appointments, and assisting in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with lawyer to prepare, review, and format legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence. Ensure accuracy, adherence to legal guidelines, and timely completion of documents. Drafting and vetting of various legal contracts, agreements and documents. Preparing Legal notes, documents as asked by Advocate/Management. Study legal matters, and preparing legal case documentation with the advocate, giving a short brief gist of data to CMD. Conduct comprehensive extensive legal research, summarize findings and report to Management. Monitor and track case progress, update case files, and managing legal database of the Company. Visit Court, legal office as and when required. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external parties, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and relaying messages to the appropriate individuals. Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, attorneys, and colleagues. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Involving in to various case studies as and when required related to the business and preparing brief report for CMD. Collaborate with the lawyers on various projects, providing assistance as needed.
