Job Description

    Urgent Hiring: Assistant Operations Manager - Facility Management (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)We are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality facility management services. In this role, youll supervise on-site teams, manage maintenance activities, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate and supervise maintenance, ensuring timely resolutions and smooth operations.
    • Monitor operational performance, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
    • Lead and support on-site teams, including technicians, housekeeping, and security personnel.
    • Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
    • Build relationships with labor and housekeeping suppliers to ensure continuous staff availability.
    • Enforce adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
    • Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
    What Were Looking For:
    • 3 to 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in facility management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Solid knowledge of HSE regulations.
