Job Description

    As a Senior Python/Django Developer at our company based in Ahmedabad, India, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable backend solutions using Django, Python, and REST APIs. Your key responsibilities will include:- Building and maintaining production-grade web applications- Designing and optimizing relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL- Implementing secure authentication/authorization flows like OAuth and JWT- Applying strong debugging, unit testing, and problem-solving practices- Collaborating with teams using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments like Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure- Ensuring backend security, performance tuning, and scalability- Mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices in coding and architectureTo qualify for this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:Core Skills:- Excellent communication in English, strong teamwork, and commitment to company values- 5 years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Django and Python- Deep understanding of Django ORM, Django REST Framework, and API architecture- Experience in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows- Familiarity with Docker, Redis, Celery, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, backend security, and scalability patternsBonus Skills:- Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js- Exposure to microservices, containerization, and cloud-native deployment- Hands-on experience in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS platforms- Team mentoring and leadership experienceIf you are interested in this opportunity, please share your resume at hidden_email with the following details:- Current CTC- Expected CTC- Notice Period- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad (WFO)- Total years of experience in Python- Years of hands-on experience with Django / Django REST Framework- Experience with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) - years & proficiency level- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) - mention services used- Experience with Docker- Comfort with UK shift timing (12 PM - 9 PM IST) (Yes/No),
