• Connect with the leads as provided by the bank for providing them demot on the online and mobile platform.
• Resolve basis level online trading related queries such as password reset, user blocked, fund transfer issue etc and enable customer to trade with ease.
Lead Generation callout
• Connect with the prospects who have expressed interest through our various campaigns run on our Website and various applications.
• Present the product and proposition to the prospects, seek meeting appointments, and convert the clients.
Cross Sell and Up Sell calling
• Connect with the existing customer base for promoting the Financial products.
• Also does a need-based selling by doing a risk profiling of the customer.
