Greetings from CARS24!We have an opening for the position of Workshop Manager (WSM) - (Individual Contributor role) at CARS24. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day working of the workshop, make sure cars are serviced properly, and manage the team.What will you drive
• Bring your technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to evaluate and maintain multi-brand cars.
• Conduct car inspections, including Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI), ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards.
• Oversee vendor workshops, manage relationships, and ensure high-quality services.
• Work as an individual contributor, directly impacting the quality and maintenance of cars.
Who are we looking for Experience: Prior experience working with four-wheeler cars is mandatory; experience in a four-wheeler car dealership is a plus. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of car repair, maintenance, and body shop work. Hands-on Expertise: Ability to perform car inspections, including PDI and resolving complex car issues. Spare Parts Knowledge: Ability to identify and address car issues effectively using your understanding of spare parts.
