Job Description

    As a dedicated and experienced coordinator in charge of branch operations for trailer fleets/ forwarding and CHA, your role will involve overseeing operations, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing strategies that align with company goals.- Leading, mentoring, and managing the branch team to ensure high performance.- Reporting to management on a day-to-day basis.- Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.- Analyzing performance data to drive improvements in efficiency and service.- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.Skills required for this role include strong leadership, excellent communication, logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and team management skills.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent leadership abilities.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The schedule includes day and morning shifts, with a yearly bonus offered. The education preferred is a bachelors degree, and the required experience includes 2 years in total work and 2 years in management.
