Job Description

    As a National Retail Trainer at S D Retail Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and performance of our retail staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience and alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:- Needs Assessment: Identify training requirements by conducting surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.- Curriculum Development: Design engaging training materials such as presentations, handouts, and digital resources.- Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.- Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness, provide constructive feedback, and conduct online tests.- Mentorship and Support: Offer ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to trainees.- Program Management: Efficiently organize training schedules, logistics, budgets, and resources.- Staying Current: Continuously update knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and retail trends.- Collaboration: Work closely with managers and stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.Qualifications for this role include:- Strong communication and presentation skills- Excellent interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in adult learning principles and training techniques- Technical proficiency in retail industry tools- Expertise in retail operations, product knowledge, and customer service excellence- Analytical and problem-solving skillsIf you are passionate about training, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we encourage you to apply for this role.
