  • Achieve branch targets (revenue, deposits, cross-selling)
• Team Management
  • Lead and motivate staff (Relationship Managers, tellers, sales officers)
  • Monitor performance and provide training
• Customer Relationship Management
  • Handle high-value clients (HNI customers)
  • Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure smooth daily branch operations
  • Follow RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal policies
  • Audit and risk management
• Profitability
  • Control costs and improve branch profitability
  • Monitor branch P&L
