Job Description

    As a Business Analyst in the Shipping, Logistics & SCM domain, your role will involve inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes. You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different clients and stakeholders effectively. Your expertise in evaluating the implications of changes and writing reports to highlight the effects of your modifications will be crucial. Additionally, conducting tests, surveys, and workshops will be part of your daily activities. It is essential to have good knowledge of Product Backlogs in Agile software projects and outstanding analytical skills to support the agile team. You should excel in gathering and articulating product requirements, analyzing business processes, and improving them for enhanced efficiency. Proficiency in utilizing tools like JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, Excel, and MS Project is necessary for requirement management and documentation. Your ability to propose solutions and improvements, along with developing detailed project documentation, will be instrumental in your role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Produce necessary backlogs for the development team in an agile environment.- Collaborate closely with Clients Subject Matter Experts.- Perform business analysis and requirements management.- Create documentation such as Project Initiation Document, System Requirements Specification, and user stories.- Prototype user interfaces and model business processes.- Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills for decision-making and problem-solving.- Demonstrate good planning skills and ensure quality assurance.- Manage customer relations and communicate effectively.*Qualifications Required:*- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.- Exposure to Cargoes Customs domain is preferred.- Proficiency in creating user stories, BRD, and SRS documents.- Work experience in Shipping & Logistics projects.- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Visio, Draw.io, Figma.- Knowledge of Agile project execution methodologies.The company is looking for immediate joiners with a high level of work commitment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen problem-solving ability.
