Your role is to guide them, understand their needs, and convert them into enrolled customers through consultative sales.Key Responsibilities
• Engage with 6570 qualified leads daily via calls and video sessions
• Conduct personalized counseling and address objections
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to enrollment
• Achieve weekly revenue targets and drive conversions
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Requirements
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with CRM tools and online sales platforms

• Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
