Job Description

Role Overview:You will be responsible for managing the design process for 12-15 projects on a monthly basis through a team of 6-10 designers. Your main focus will be on overseeing their productivity and work output. Additionally, you will need to ensure a high level of customer experience and manage relationships to improve the Design NPS (customer experience rating). You will also be involved in training designers on technical aspects as needed and leading design discussions.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the design process for 12-15 projects per month through a team of 6-10 designers- Oversee the productivity and work output of the designers- Focus on customer experience and relationship management to enhance the Design NPS- Train designers on technical details when necessary- Lead design discussions within the teamQualifications Required:- At least 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager- Experience in leading and delivering a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects from end to end- Bachelors degree in B.Arch or B.Interior Design- Masters degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management,
