Job Description

    As a Channel Manager - Retail Forex in the Retail Liabilities department, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Retail Forex Business through various distribution channels. Your main goal will be to drive revenue from Retail Remittances (outward & Inward cross border remittances) by utilizing the Banks distribution channels such as Branch Banking, Wealth/ NRI/ Branch Banking Relationship Managers. You will need to ensure the achievement of defined targets across branches by conducting regular meetings and training with bank staff in assigned branches.To excel in this role, you will be required to create strategies and execute sales engagement programs like local campaigns, contests, and events to boost channel productivity. It will also be your responsibility to track granular business performance and release dashboards for pushing and tracking business. Collaboration with Product teams and Analytics team is essential to empower channels with technology and analytics. Additionally, identifying market opportunities for partnerships in remittances and launching partner programs as well as front-end large partnerships will be part of your duties.In terms of secondary responsibilities, having prior experience in driving sales through branches, achieving sales targets, and handling outward & Inward Remittances will be advantageous. An analytical and logical approach to sales is also desired.For this role, you are required to have a Graduation degree in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). A Post-graduation degree in MBA/PGDM is preferred. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.,
