Job Description

    You will be responsible for supervising daily operations on the construction site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. This includes negotiating contractor rates, supervising site civil work, focusing on cost-saving measures, and achieving work completion targets.Your role will also involve managing and coordinating a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and site engineers. You will provide guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the successful completion of projects.Monitoring construction processes to maintain quality control, compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will need to implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety meetings, and provide training to all personnel.Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders is essential for effective project coordination. You will be responsible for tracking project progress, preparing reports, and updating stakeholders on status, challenges, and milestones achieved.As part of your role, you will oversee the procurement and inventory of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities to ensure timely availability. Problem-solving skills will be essential to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, escalating to management when necessary.Maintaining accurate records of daily site activities, including labor, materials used, and any incidents or delays, will be important for documentation purposes.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the required education is a Diploma. The preferred experience includes 1 year in Quality Control, 1 year in Industrial Construction, and a total of 4 years of work experience. The work location is in person.,
