Job Description

    As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for managing collections in the assigned area to achieve collection targets based on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates. Your primary goal will be to keep NPAs within the assigned budget and actively work towards minimizing them. You will conduct asset verifications and possessions in accordance with SARFESI/Section 9 processes through court receivers.- Track and control delinquency in the area, focusing on nonstarters, bucket-wise and DPD-wise.- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving customer issues within the specified turnaround time.- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections.- Monitor defaulting customers through regular follow-ups to understand the reasons for defaulting.Representing the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required by the legal team is part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the collection team complies with the legal guidelines. You will also oversee the availability of an adequate workforce in the field area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise, obtaining daily updates from collection executives on delinquent portfolios and conducting detailed account-level reviews for high-ticket accounts.Furthermore, your role will involve ensuring compliance with all audit/regulatory bodies and the companys policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline.,
