Collections Executive

Home Credit India is looking for a Collection Executive responsible for managing overdue customer accounts and ensuring timely loan repayments. The candidate will visit customers, negotiate repayment plans, and maintain professional relationships while achieving collection targets.This role requires strong communication skills and experience in field collections, NBFC, or banking recovery processes.Key Responsibilities
• Visit customers to collect overdue EMI payments.
• Handle field collections and recovery cases.
• Follow up with customers for pending loan repayments.
• Negotiate and arrange repayment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company collection policies and procedures.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets.
Required Candidate Profile
• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• 0-4 years experience in collections, recovery, or field sales.
• Experience in NBFC / Banking collections preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred for field visits.
