    Job Title: Contractor and Dealer ManagerDepartment: Retail SalesLocation:SuratReports To: Regional Sales ManagerPosition Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Contractor and Dealer Manager with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our Retail Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting contractors and dealers to achieve sales targets, expanding market reach, and ensuring seamless product and service delivery. You will also play an important part in managing contractor relationships, executing promotional activities, and contributing to market intelligence.Key Responsibilities:Business Objectives
    • Develop and execute monthly sales plans to meet unit targets.
    • Assist contractors in achieving sales goals through regular visits, communication, and timely service of materials.
    • Promote core products and ensure the successful introduction of new products.
    Market Development and Intelligence
    • Assist in adding new contractor partners to expand sales opportunities.
    • Analyze market data to identify gaps and assist in implementing corrective actions.
    • Support the growth and upgradation of the existing contractor network.
    • Organize and participate in product awareness meets and promotional events for contractors and dealers.
    • Provide market feedback to assist with refining promotional schemes and offers.
    Scanning & Site Index
    • Ensure contractors meet scanning volume targets.
    • Track and monitor the potential of sales sites to meet required benchmarks.
    Contractor Management
    • Support the contractor lifecycle from onboarding to engagement.
    • Assist in achieving secondary value and volume targets for contractors.
    • Help resolve customer complaints and ensure effective contractor activation.
    • Assist in the timely execution of loyalty programs and contractor giveaways.
    Select Dealer Management
    • Address dealer queries and maintain productive relationships.
    • Assist dealers in resolving issues related to contractors or end customers.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the availability of materials and promotional tools.
    Customer Complaint Resolution
    • Investigate and resolve complaints at contractor and customer levels within defined timelines.
    Reporting & Integration
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Dcor Pro, Project Sales) for lead sharing or issue resolution.
    • Prepare and share daily visit reports and monthly performance reports.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, dealer management, or contractor management, preferably in retail or related industries.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
      • Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn and develop.
      • Good organizational and time management abilities.
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    Scope of Work:
    • Financial Scope: Work within the budget set for the region.
    • People Management: No direct or indirect reports.
    • Geography: Area-wide coverage for the designated sales unit.
    • Corporate Coverage: Retail Sales business unit.
