    Corporate Sales Manager Gujarat(Travel Industry)About Us:All 4 Season is a leading player in the travel industry, dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences to our clients. We have a dynamic team and a global presence that has made us a trusted choice for travelers around the world.Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) for Gujarat region, who could be a face for All 4 Season. She/He will be based out of Ahmedabad. The CSM will work have strong coordination with the Travel and Holiday divisions as well as other support departments to drive the sales growth, develop strategies, and ensure achievement of the sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the travel industry.Key Responsibilities:Regional Sales Management: Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer for establishment of sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business goals.Develop Sales Plans: Create and execute sales plans, including pricing and promotional strategies, to drive business growth.Sales Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain an efficient sales tracking and reporting system to streamline operations and improve sales processes.Sales Performance Management: Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to the management team, offering insights on progress and areas of improvement.Identify New Business Opportunities: Seek and cultivate new business opportunities across the major cities of Gujarat, including partnerships and sales channels to expand the client base.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitors activities, and emerging market opportunities to stay competitive.Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and offer support when needed to maintain client satisfaction and resolve any issues.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Masters Degree however is preferred.2. Minimum 7 to 10 Years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.4. Strong leadership and team management skills.5. Excellent communication (English, Gujarati and Hindi) and interpersonal abilities.6.
