Job Description

    Greetings from TRooTech Business Solutions!We are looking for a CRM Consultant with at least 4 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. At TRooTech, we are a technology company founded in 2013, with sister companies Trooinbound and Quixom. Trootech specializes in mobile app development, Trooinbound focuses on CMS & Ecommerce platforms and is hubspot certified, while Quixom houses Data scientists, Python, and AI/ML Eng. With a team of 300 employees, we are now expanding our presence to Surat.As a CRM Consultant at TRooTech, your key responsibilities will include owning and managing the HubSpot CRM system. This involves acting as the primary administrator, managing user access, permissions, data integrity, and platform optimization. You will be responsible for setting up and onboarding users, handling workflows, and automation management to streamline lead management and customer engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions aligned with business goals.To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing and administering HubSpot CRM. Deep expertise across HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operation Hub, and Service Hub is required. You should also have a strong background in workflow automation, lead scoring, pipeline management, and customer journey optimization. Familiarity with third-party integrations, APIs, and data flows is essential, along with excellent communication skills to convert business requirements into CRM functionality.Preferred skills include experience in a digital agency or SaaS environment, understanding of customer journey mapping, and growth funnel optimization.
