Job Description

    As a highly skilled and motivated .NET Team Lead with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the development team, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. Your role will involve overseeing project execution, mentoring team members, and developing scalable applications using .NET technologies.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide technical leadership to the development team for delivering high-quality application software.- Analyze, plan, and create project schedules in alignment with business requirements.- Follow the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) model in an agile environment.- Conduct performance reviews of team members and support their professional growth.- Establish and implement training processes for technical personnel.- Assign and oversee daily tasks of team members, ensuring progress towards milestones.- Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members.- Ensure timely delivery of products/projects.- Hold regular technical team meetings to address project-related questions or challenges.- Establish software engineering tools, standards, and processes.- Develop code using .NetCore, Angular, Azure, and SQL technologies.- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using relevant tools.- Act as a subject matter expert for the development team in specified technologies.- Conduct functional, architectural, and security code reviews.- Communicate with business teams to finalize requirements.- Conduct technical scoping of business requirements and estimate implementation effort.- Deploy code to production and ensure stability.**Qualification Required:**- Minimum 2 years of experience in team and project management.- Fluent in spoken and written English for client/stakeholder interactions.- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects effectively.- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.- Ability to guide junior team members.- Self-motivated learner staying updated with tech trends.- Track record of delivering commitments on time with quality.**Required Skillset:**- **Backend:** ASP.NET MVC using C#.NET, .NET Core, Web API, WCF, Web Services- **Frontend:** Angular 8 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap- **Database:** SQL Server, ORM (Entity Framework, Dapper, EF Core, ADO.Net)- **Testing:** Unit Testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit, MSTest), Front-end Unit Testing (Jasmine, Karma, Jest)- **Cloud & DevOps:** Cloud-based PaaS/SaaS application development (Azure/AWS), Azure DevOps (Boards, Git, Pipelines CI/CD)If you are a proactive leader with a passion for innovation and excellence, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team to drive impactful projects forward.,
