Job Description

    As a Dot Net Technical Lead at our company in Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading a scrum team in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. You must have strong experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Razor pages, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS. Additionally, hands-on experience with Blazor Sever and Blazor WebAssembly applications is required. Your role will involve mentoring and supporting team members, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring coding excellence and best practices.- Lead a scrum team in requirement understanding, design activities, implementation, and release process- Identify key tasks for backlog items and drive the team towards successful implementation- Mentor and support team members on technical needs for smooth functioning- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET Core or .NET 6 framework- Adhere to design principles and provide innovative solutions- Create technical and functional specifications and low-level design documents- Use ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core and Dapper- Utilize Azure DevOps and Git for continuous integration and deployment- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and daily scrums- Engage in peer code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and ensure coding excellence- Conduct Secure Code Reviews to maintain application security- Manage deployments in Azure environments and optimize application performance- Perform basic cloud administration tasks in Azure- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed- Minimum 6 years of experience developing web applications with ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Razor pages, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS- Hands-on experience developing Blazor Sever and Blazor WebAssembly applications- Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns (MVVM, component-based architecture)- Bachelors degree in B.Tech- Experience with Object-Relational Mapping frameworks (Entity Framework Core, Dapper)- Knowledge of Azure Services and cloud administration tasks,
