Job Description

Role Overview:As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will utilize your industry experience and expertise in various business domains to provide consulting services for ERP implementations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting personalization sessions with customers, managing business requirements, offering ERP application solutions, providing architectural guidance, and overseeing the full life cycle of ERP projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with application developers, train end-users, troubleshoot configuration issues, and ensure the ERP system meets business expectations.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct personalization sessions with customers to understand their business requirements- Identify and manage business requirements, including functional design and GAP analysis- Offer ERP application solutions and provide architectural direction throughout the implementation cycle- Collaborate with application developers to define customizations and integration requirements- Manage the full life cycle of ERP implementation and testing phases- Evaluate customer business requirements and convert them into company processes and solutions- Oversee configuration processes, testing, and performance monitoring- Troubleshoot configuration issues and facilitate communication between business and technical teams- Translate business requirements for technical team members and communicate technology solutions to customers- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers- Ensure proper training is provided to end-users and validate system usability and accuracy of business flowsQualifications Required:- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in famous ERP systems like ERP NEXT, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.- Masters degree in Business Administration, Global Business; with expertise in 3 vertices or business domains among Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurements, Wholesale Industry, Services or Retails, etc.- Critical thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving- Strong business judgment, common sense, and excellent communication skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work in Migration Projects- High focus on customer service and ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users,
