ESG Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ESG Manager to lead and strengthen our Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy across manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished sustainability professional to drive corporate responsibility initiatives, regulatory compliance, climate action, and ESG reporting while partnering with senior leadership to achieve long-term business objectives.The successful candidate will play a key role in integrating sustainability into manufacturing operations, improving ESG performance, managing environmental risks, supporting responsible supply chains, and ensuring alignment with global sustainability standards.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the organizations ESG strategy across manufacturing operations.- Lead sustainability initiatives focused on environmental performance, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint improvement.- Manage ESG reporting in accordance with recognized international reporting frameworks.- Establish ESG KPIs and performance dashboards for manufacturing facilities.- Monitor ESG regulations and ensure organizational compliance with applicable environmental and sustainability requirements.- Drive climate risk assessments and support decarbonization initiatives.- Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership.- Coordinate sustainability audits and internal assessments.- You will develop supplier sustainability evaluation programs.- Support responsible sourcing and ethical supply chain initiatives.- Lead ESG governance processes, policies, and continuous improvement programs.- Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.- Promote sustainability awareness through training and employee engagement programs.- Identify opportunities to improve ESG ratings and overall sustainability performance.
