Job Description

    Role Overview:You are being considered for the position of Estimation & Costing Engineer at a company based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for pre-tendering and costing activities in the Mechanical (HVAC) division. Your main tasks will include studying tender documents, preparing tender appreciation notes, obtaining quotations from vendors, preparing measurement sheets, detailed BOQ, and comparative statements.Key Responsibilities:- Study tender documents and pre-bid points to determine the scope of work for HVAC projects- Prepare tender appreciation notes- Obtain quotations from vendors for major HVAC items- Create measurement sheets based on drawings, specifications, and design assumptions- Prepare detailed BOQ according to tender specifications- Develop comparative statements and review Tender Vs Actual QuantitiesQualifications Required:- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role- Knowledge of HVAC systems and costing procedures- Strong analytical and organizational skills- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAdditional Details:The company is an Authorized Distributor for York Make HVAC & Mini Chillers for Gujarat & M.P. Locations. The salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA to 9 LPA, along with additional benefits such as CUG Sim and Mediclaim. The location of the company is in Ahmedabad.,
