Job Description

    As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager by efficiently managing their calendar, communication, and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:- **Calendar Management:** You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the General Managers calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - **Communication:** Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence effectively. - **Meeting Support:** Assisting in meeting preparation by creating agendas, distributing materials, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics. - **Travel Arrangements:** Booking travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for the General Manager. - **Document Preparation:** Creating reports, presentations, and briefing documents as required. - **Administrative Support:** Providing general administrative assistance such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, and handling confidential information securely. - **Project Coordination:** Supporting in project coordination by ensuring tasks are completed on time. - **Information Management:** Maintaining accurate and organized information in databases and filing systems.Qualifications required for this role include:- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. - Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift and morning shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. The work location is in person.,
