Job Description

    The Fashion Print Designer will be responsible for ensuring the fabric order generates with accuracy and quality of print Design from initial design through to final production. This role requires a deep understanding of Fashion trends of the brands/mood boards & meet the sustainable fashion markets requirements and production processes/feasibility. The Print Designer will work closely with the Sales team and their buyers to ensure that all Print Designs are meet the required market trends to fit into saleable of fabrics quality,Key Responsibilities:Technical Development:Work as per the fashion requirements to translate print design concepts to increase the business.Develop and review print Designs, including detailed sketches, fabric specifications, and construction details.Ensure accurate print design developments to all mens Shirting style.Sample Management:Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements.Work closely with Sales Team & buyers aligned with print design intent and technical specifications.Print Design Product Control:Conduct print Design checks on fabrics throughout the production process, from pre-production samples to final bulk production.Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during print production.Ensure that all designs adhere to the fashion world AW/SS collections.Production Support:Provide technical support during the manufacturing process to resolve any issues related to design feasibility.Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with all Sales Team & Buyers, including production teams.Document all technical changes and updates throughout the design development and production process.Provide regular updates to management on the status of Design development and production.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Design Fashion technology, or a related role within the fashion industry.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of design Making, color separations and the colour matchings, fabric properties, and production processes. Must be experienced to work in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & MS Office.Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel to the buyers as and when needed or Advise by the sales team.,
