JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for a proactive Collections Officer to support loan recovery operations. The role involves managing overdue accounts, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Manage and monitor overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery of EMis and outstanding dues.
• Follow up with customers through calls, visits, and digital channels to achieve collection targets.
• Handle customer queries, resolve payment-related issues, and escalate complex cases when required.
• Conduct daily field visits for high-risk or non-contactable accounts
• (own2-wheeler/ 4-wheeler preferred for local mobility).
• Maintain accurate collection records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
