• Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
• 1 to 5 years of field sales experience in Insurance, Banking, or BFSI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
