Job Description

    Role Overview:You are a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive at Tesk Training Consultancy, responsible for promoting and selling food oil products in Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara. With 1 to 3 years of sales experience, particularly in the food oil and edible oil sector, you have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the team.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field visits to potential clients within assigned territories to promote and sell food oil products.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.- Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the food oil sector.- Identify new markets and client needs to explore business opportunities and enhance market penetration.- Negotiate sales contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and benefit.- Stay updated on industry trends, competition activities, and market conditions to provide valuable feedback to management.- Prepare and present sales reports analyzing performance and suggesting areas for improvement.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.Qualification Required:- Proficiency in the food oil industry, specifically with edible oil and groundnut oil.- Proven field sales experience demonstrating efficient account management and growth.- Strong B2B sales capabilities with the ability to build long-term partnerships and understand client needs.- Effective territory management skills to maximize market reach and drive sales performance.- Excellent negotiation skills for successful deal closure and revenue growth.- Profound ability in lead generation to identify and secure new business opportunities.- Excellent communication skills for clear client and team relations.- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer service and conflict resolution.,
