Job Description

    Join our growth-stage organization as a Field Sales Executivefor LED frame onboarding across rural and semi-urban markets.This is a 100% ground-level sales position with direct customer engagement and performance-based earning potential.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Daily field visits to villages & semi-urban areas
    2. Identify & onboard homes/shops for LED frame installations
    3. Collect onboarding fees & coordinate installations
    4. Generate leads and achieve 5-10 sales closings per week
    5. GPS-verified daily reporting with photo documentation
    6. Attend morning & evening team sync meetings
    7. Follow company SOP & reporting requirements
    WORK SCHEDULE:
    1. Mon-Thu: Field prospecting & lead generation
    2. Fri: Sales closing day (Target: 5-10 closings)
    3. Sat: Off (if targets achieved)
    4. Sun: Off (all employees)
    COMPENSATION:
    1. Fixed Salary: 20,000 to 30,000/month
    2. Per Onboarding Incentive: 500 (Payout every Thursday)
    3. Monthly Attendance Bonus: 500
    4. Total Earning Potential: 25,000 to 40,000
    IDEAL CANDIDATE:
    1. Age: 18-38 years
    2. Education: 10th/12th/Graduate
    3. Fluent in local language (region-specific) Knowledge of local area/villages
    4. Owner of smartphone with active data/GPS
    5. Field sales, retail, or door-to-door experience (preferred)
    6. Ability to work independently with accountability
    7. Ready for immediate joining
    NOT SUITABLE FOR: Freelancers, part-timers, BPO-only backgrounds, job-hoppers, or candidates unwilling to travel and achieve targets.
