• Doctor Engagement: Identify and onboard local doctors, showcasing the advantages of our software application.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demonstrations to highlight features that enhance practice management.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
• Market Insights: Gather valuable feedback from doctors to improve our offerings.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed onboarding goals through strategic sales efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams for effective onboarding and support.
What Were Looking For:
• Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare or technology.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with medical professionals.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in an independent field-based role.
• Problem Solver: Understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
• Education: Background in healthcare, business, or technology preferred.
Job Summary:This requirement is for Bajaj Finserv Health which is a 24/7 online doctor consultation app
• The candidate will have to meet and Tie up with Local Doctors and will have to onboard them for online consultation.
• Need to inform about the Bajaj Finserv Health application and online consultation procedure.
• Upload all the details of the doctor in the Bajaj application (Documents, year of exp. et
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: 25,000 per month (NTH)
