Job Description

    As an Accounts & Finance Manager at our organization, you will be tasked with overseeing all financial and accounting operations across our entities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing audits, handling direct and indirect taxation, legal drafting, finalizing books of accounts, and visiting branches and LLPs as needed.You will be in charge of managing end-to-end accounting processes, from data entry to the finalization of books, while also ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards. Additionally, you will need to guarantee adherence to statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax, and coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.Managing direct and indirect taxation processes will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring timely filings and compliance with changing tax laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for overseeing all entity-related work concerning financial and legal aspects, drafting agreements, financial contracts, and legal documents, as well as ensuring compliance with Company Law, LLP regulations, and other relevant laws.Regular visits to branches and LLPs will be required to review financial operations, provide guidance to branch heads, and ensure compliance at all levels.
