Job Description

    The front-end developer will work closely with the App team to rebuild existing web pages within the App and customize them for seamless functionality on the app. Your role will involve assisting the Web team with SEO requirements and content optimization. You will utilize your hands-on expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to contribute to solution design, coding, and technical implementations.Your responsibilities will include suggesting design and architecture solutions, actively participating in the coding process, creating unit tests, and offering feedback as a code reviewer. It is essential to maintain adherence to the current architecture while bringing forth innovative thoughts and suggestions for improvement. You will also recommend enhancements to the Site release strategy and translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.Collaboration with external teams to determine the best approach for implementations will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for integrating 3rd party cartridges into both new and existing sites. Your proficiency should encompass a solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) and strong frontend skills in technologies like ReactJS, Typescript, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on leveraging these technologies within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.Moreover, you should have knowledge of OCAPI, REST, AJAX, JSON, and session bridging. Your ability to transform abstract concepts into functional software solutions is crucial. Operating within a self-organizing Agile team, you should be comfortable working with minimal guidance. An appreciation for good UI/UX design and a problem-solving mindset are essential qualities for this role.Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders, experience in Agile environments, familiarity with source control tools such as Git, and a Bachelors Degree in computer science or a related field are required qualifications. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, including frontend integrations.,
