Job Description

    You are a Full Stack Developer with 3 years of experience in building scalable web applications using Python for backend development and React.js or AngularJS for frontend development. Your role at DXFactor, a US-based tech company servicing fortune 500 clients globally, will involve understanding full-stack architecture, designing RESTful APIs, and deploying applications on the cloud. You will be responsible for end-to-end feature development, starting from database schema design to the implementation of responsive user interfaces.Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask), creating modern and responsive frontends with React, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries, implementing and managing RESTful APIs for frontend functionalities, integrating third-party APIs and services as required, writing clean and efficient code following best practices and CI/CD workflows, optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security, collaborating with designers, product managers, and QA team members to deliver high-quality features, and actively participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of full stack development experience with a strong understanding of both backend and frontend technologies. You should be proficient in Python and at least one backend framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Furthermore, you should possess solid experience in React.js, including knowledge of hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand), and component design, a strong understanding of REST API architecture and development, experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, familiarity with Docker, and basic cloud concepts.,
