Job Description

    As an experienced candidate with 2-3 years of work experience in NAV/BC implementation, your role will primarily involve the following key responsibilities:- Execute Analysis and Design activities required by the project- Customize Business Central and related configurations- Handle data migration and integration tasks- Implement Dynamics Business Central / NAV & other projects, coordinating with customers and the development team- Perform all stages of implementation - requirements gathering, design solution, configuration, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting- Conduct business requirements analysis and documentation- Provide consulting implementation and training to end-users, primarily utilizing Dynamics NAV 2015/2016/ D365 BC- Create high-quality functional documentation and gather requirements effectively- Act as a point of communication between developers and clients- Document Fit-Gap requirements, estimate effort levels, and prioritize based on need and complexity- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services- Interact daily with clients, participate in short and long-term projects, and support D365 BC & NAV implementations- Support existing clients and map business scenarios in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 BC- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and configure Microsoft Dynamics applications- Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, team management, presentation, and public speaking skillsYour qualifications should ideally include:- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations- Ability to analyze client business requirements and objectives- Attention to detail and understanding of business processes- Excellent communication skills in English- Strong documentation skills- Client-facing skillsPlease note that soft skills like client interaction and communication are essential for this role, along with technical expertise in NAV/BC implementation and related tasks.,
